    Pros

Diverse team, and amazing opportunities for growth.

    Cons

Very hard to be a single parent and work here. There is no flexibility to work from home.

    Advice to Management

Be more open with your employees. Actually follow up with your promises. Do not say something is forbidden for one employee, but then allow another to get away with the same thing.

Do not simply move people to new teams without discussion.

    Pros

Lots of opportunities to progress if you put in the effort.
    Smart leadership team.
I feel that I am well paid.

    Cons

The hours can get pretty long depending on what project you are on.
It is very likely that there isn't a position on a local account and you can end up traveling every week. It is consulting after all.

    Advice to Management

Do your best to improve the work life balance on the tough projects. Its hard to do that and stay competitive but its a double edged sword because that's how you lose some of your best people.
