I have been working at Capgemini (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Capgemini is an amazing place to enjoy a successful career. You are evaluated and Judged based on your performance, regardless of level. You are truly promoted based on contributions, not longevity We are a flat organization, if you need desire to speak to Sr. Leadership they WILL take your call or respond to your email, not endless red tape and bureaucracy. The technology and ability to add to my skill set has been amazing. it isn't all implementations, we have strategy, assessments, true consulting!! I have exposure to the latest technologies, Cloud, llot, we are encouraged to cross train, in fact, training will be done internally, prior to outside hiring. We have an outstanding support staff, however they don't get in the way. There are 180,000 employees here, with all the financial backing, somehow the culture feels like a boutique firm. A great place to be rewarded for your contributions and recognized as the valuable asset we are!

    Cons

it can be taken as a Pro or Con - significant travel is involved.

    Pros

    Very good work life balance.
One of the best healthcare plans within US market.
Very noticeable presence within big clients.
    Nice friendly people around you.
Support, HR and immigration teams are just a ping away if you need them.
Very good training and learning programs.
Flexibility to choose between travel and permanent mode.

    Cons

Company is bit slow in process.
Most of projects aren't technically challenging rather simple product configuration.
No of leaves seem to be less compared to other companies.

I have been working at Capgemini full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great people, lots of different opportunities that you can't necessarily forsee. In one year I have been sent to work in Brazil, India and the UK. The company invests a lot in its campus hires and they are appreciated.

    Cons

Relatively low brand recognition compared to other consulting firms. Sometimes feels a little too big of a company. Recruiting can take a long time and candidates fall through the cracks.

    Advice to Management

Not much, keep investing in campus hires and work on expanding brand recognition. Keep valuing people and work life balance.
