Compensation is under-market, and generally low benefits (eg. parental leaves: 6 weeks primary care-giver /2 weeks secondary) A range of mediocre colleagues (all levels, with a special mention to HR) who stay & drag the organization down Hard to work with other Group capabilities (salespeople KPIs aren't aligned & very different cultures from management consulting to IT/Applications services) Really poor Knowledge Management (i.e. hard to re-use previous work/learnings)

Great work culture and very collaborative. Leadership is quite considerate of personal commitments and aspects. Interesting and highly engaging projects with a range of clients.

I would define it as a startup within an MNC. The work culture is great and you can approach and talk your mind to leadership. Take initiatives and appreciation for the same.

A great portfolio of clients, giving people the opportunity to work with leading brands in their market or capability area Size - not too big, not too small. A perfect balance for someone who wants to feel part of a large global organisation, with the intimacy of a small firm (Capgemini Consulting UK is about 450 people, Capgemini globally is 140000!) Global footprint and strong French heritage - this does permeate through the culture and the opportunities to work with counterparts on the continent and globally are there if you want them Ambitious and intelligent group of people, without a nasty competitive/back stabbing culture

As with most consulting firms, regular travel and working away from home is part and parcel of the role. The firm does encourage people to be back in London for Thursday nights and then in the London office on Fridays, but sometimes the realities of client projects get in the way of this.

Good knowledgeable people; collegial atmosphere. Good access to training and development for younger consultants. Office based culture is better than most consulting firms; work life balance is at least attempted.

Constant reorganizations and confusion of service offerings. Struggle with approach to N. American market......more of a European company. Actual consulting, vs. technical services, not that strong....pockets of very competent people but thin.
