    Flexible timings
    Managers do give breathing space

    Cons

    Negligible salary hike
    Transport services for General Shift is self-paid and expensive
    RMG department is the worst
    Not ideal for Fresher

    Look after your employees rather than hiring new freshers whom you would simply keep on Bench
