    Pros

Capgemini is a very Collaborative Environment allowing its leaders to manage Cross Functional teams while offering a Competitive Salary. Capgemini has Outstanding Benefits including a well thought out achievable bonus structure.

    Cons

The purchase of iGate has put a bit of a wrinkle on the organization. This has been a confusing time while leadership attempts to identify the new leadership structure. the organizations are still trying to figure out how work together and how to engage together on common client needs. there is also an education to the customer understanding that Specialty Consulting is not done at the same rate as your exiting Support contract.

    Advice to Management

Quickly figure out that how iGate and legacy Capgemini will go to market jointly.
