I have been working at Capital Acquisitions (Washington DC) full-time

    Pros

Their young and and money is on their minds. Their making it , if you're what they "need". You're on the team !

    Cons

Ask questions. Have a clear understanding as to what you're about to begin doing. It's a sort of a Third Party Outsoeucing Marketing Co. Small but seems financlly progressive.

    Advice to Management

    Thanks for the chance !

I worked at Capital Acquisitions (Washington DC) full-time

    Pros

    You meet fun people.
If you are good at door to door, you will earn a good amount of money.
    Upward scale mobility is good.
You can learn a couple of things.
It can be a good job if you do not have a degree.

    Cons

Its a 100% commission based job until you make it to management.
    Management is a mess.
    Gruelling hours for little pay.
    Not much to learn.

    Advice to Management

Become more professional and be more upfront with people, otherwise it feels like you are conning your own employees into the job.
