    Pros

    Community service based. Treat you like family. Travel and dining reimbursement.

    Cons

    Average pay. Regional bank. Spot bonuses no longer quarterly incentives.

    I worked at Capital City Bank full-time

    Pros

    The company has great benefits and upper management is very nice. There's good morale within the company.

    Cons

    It's hard to move up within the company and the pay isn't great.

    Own work station, autonomy, pay, relaxed environment, super friendly staff.

    Cons

    None as of now, although I prefer some conversations to be in person rather than email all the time.

    Advice to Management

    Resolve issues at lowest level first and be prompt with communication.

    Pros

    They are very flexible in their hours, and they are a truly equal opportunity employer. Very strong in team membership.

    Cons

    The Pay is low and training does not fully prepare you for a lot of things that should be learned before starting on the job.

    My advice to management is to spend more time in training,
