Good work to life balance. Seems to pay better than a lot of other medical facilities even though it is not enough for the cost of life these days. Medical, dental, and vision are offered at a decent price.
Cons
The PTO policy is terrible. Only one person allowed off work per department. You need to submit the PTO form at a specific time. Even if you put your request in before someone with more seniority than you, there are certain time frames where they can give it to someone else instead. Training is poor and not standard. Printers and computer systems are always broken. I have personally heard managers scream at employees.
