    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Capital Home Health Care full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Worked at my own pace and managed my own schedule

    Cons

They don't seem to care if employees are good at their jobs. If you are, you do more w/o reward. Patient complaints don't matter either.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Capital Home Health Care for less than a year

    Pros

My friend was the Clinical manager in phoenix AZ. She worked in the new location until she resigned

    Cons

I only had one case with capital home health as a clinician. I was not paid the first period and never contacted by corporate that there was a problem. Finally after chasing them I found out the had lost my i9. I sent it over and was promised payment for both last pay period and the next pay period. It is now 4 weeks and still no check. Lots of excuses. Lots of passing the buck. I had to retain attorney and will go forward with a law suit. Either they are very unorganized, ignorant or calculated to avoid paying therapists who render services.

I worked at Capital Home Health Care full-time

    Pros

    Patient interaction. Not much else.

    Cons

Does not drug test aides (not sure about nurses). You pay for background check. Horrendous management. No organization and employees will be blamed for managements mistakes and misconduct. Incredible deflection of responsibility. You will be talked about behind your back. Corporate office provides no back up or support for staff. Clients leave the company at an alarming rate due to poor coordination of care. Your paychecks are almost never reliable. No benefits. No mileage reimbursement. Not worth the stress or danger to your certifications/licenses.

I worked at Capital Home Health Care part-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Get to be an aide and help people on a daily basis

    Cons

The company is terrible. Run my foreigners that only care about themselves. No raise in 5 years and will not pay extra for over time.
