    Pros

    They truly care about their people moral is great they spend a lot on their employees with fundays town halls free lunches etc. It was one of the best companies I worked for

    Cons

    Salary isn’t very competitive. I honestly can’t think of any other cons. There are a few managers who work on favoritism but it’s definitely a minority

    Pros

    Capital One is a great company and they treat their full time perms very well. Pretty good benefits and really easy schedule to work with.

    Cons

    If you end up working through a temp agency then you will pretty much work your butt off and get lied to about being flipped to a perm because then they have to pay you bonuses and give you benefits.

    It was aight just 20% of the people doing 80% of the work.

    Capital One offer their employees great benefits and the lunch is amazing
