    Pros

Their health benefits, their 401K, their focus on morale, promotions, development & learning programs, networking opportunities across the entire company, bonuses, and PTO!

    Cons

The pay is fair but competitors are starting to pay their employees significantly more. They organization structure changes a lot. So when you gain trust and rapport with managers and then they have to move and your under a new manager you have to build with them all over again.

    Advice to Management

Keep developing your employees and challenging them. It works!

    Pros

Great campus and amenities. Really care about employees from a workplace perspective. Great food. Great events for employees. Good benefits across the board.

    Cons

Catering to employees is important and vital, but you have to draw the line somewhere. Overworked and negative feedback because of lack of bandwidth is not sustainable.

    Advice to Management

Less rigid performance reviews annually; or need to focus on consistent feedback and acknowledge positive contributions and constructive improvements.

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Capital One full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great people, great culture, and great career development opportunities. They truly believe in career development at this company and am giving me the opportunity of a lifetime to change careers to do something I love so I feel like that I have a career instead of just a job.

    Cons

It can definitely be overwhelming at times because of the constant change of management and the constant reorganizations. So, if you're someone who doesn't adapt well to change, then this would not be the place for you.

    Advice to Management

Plan ahead, when they can. Stop with the daily last minute changes to any entire days' worth of meetings and try a calmer approach when things get hectic instead of constant panic that some management exudes at times.
