I have been working at Capital One full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Capital One really cares about all of it's associates. There are a ton of incentives and associate intramural activities. You can expect several social events and also community volunteer events. They are flexible on hours which helps with the life work balance. I've never worked for a place with better management. This place is amazing!!

    Cons

My only Con of Capital One is that it's a far drive for me.... but that's my problem. Capital One is also always in a constant state of change. It's not a con from me, but some people don't sit well with constant change. If you like constant routine, this probably isn't the place for you.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work and maintain the same culture. I've never had better management anywhere else.

I have been working at Capital One full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Decent severance packages, good work cafeteria.

    Cons

Company is laying off ~400 employees a month (analysts, tech, etc). Probably spreading it out to avoid press.

    Advice to Management

Why lay off folks 2 years out of college with good performance reviews only to hire another massive batch of new ones.
