    Positive Outlook

I worked at Capital Women's Care full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great manager, physicians and staff! Ability to have a good work-life balance due to good hours.

    Cons

Very busy usually, but we wouldn't have had a job if the patients didn't keep coming. Being busy is also a testament to the number of patients who went there and liked the care they received.

    Advice to Management

Keep the manager at the Silver Spring office. Jan is very good with people and she was very good to me. I actually enjoyed going to work everyday.
