          Negative Outlook

          I worked at Capital Women's Care full-time

          Pros

The staff was great, and nice bonuses in the winter.

          Cons

Constantly challenged by higher ups who are afraid of change. Do not go here if you are looking to grow and you fear complacency. Nothing changes, no matter how hard you push for it. Low increases. High deductibles for insurance. No tuition reimbursement. No growth. Salary isn't really competitive.

          Advice to Management

          Listen and trust your staff.

          Negative Outlook

I worked at Capital Women's Care for more than a year

          Pros

Patients (most) are very nice acne understanding!

          Cons

Doctors do not care about you, most seem racist and judgmental. Bad management really does drive employees to quit, and I’m just tired of people with awful leadership skills being in these roles.

          Advice to Management

So many managers with zero leadership skills and there because of seniority or who they know. I see this so often in non profs. I don't care if someone has been in a position for 50 years, it doesn't mean they're equipped to lead.
