Pros
Everyone has a work hard play hard attitude. Leadership is very communicative and willing to help employees grow.
Cons
We were bought out by Tapestry, so now our fate is in tapestry's hands. Definitely nerve racking.

Summer Fridays, discounts, having a flexible hybrid schedule

Disorganized, the three brands they own are still very separate in accounting processes, the software systems like HFM and sap never seem to be working right, the standard work day goes until 6, not always room for promotion, and concerns of lay offs related to the acquisition are on the horizon

Position had good work life balance

Seemed to be more of a push to come back in the office, but still had a hybrid option. Lack of bonus is unappealing

Pros
Hands down the best company I have ever worked for. This company values their employee’s and their overall well-being. At Capri you are not just a number, you are valued, and appreciated. I am extremely thankful and grateful to work for this company.

Some co workers are great. Super friendly. Employee discount is ok but they make it difficult to use.
Cons
Unrealistic expectations. Deadlines set you up to fail. There’s very little support and no training whatsoever. It’s sink or swim. Management had a I don’t care just get it done attitude. Capri is listed as a great place to work but if you look closely 62% of employees are there less than two years. That says something. Only 11% of employees are there 2-5 years. They do not match 401k. It says they match at their discretion but they have not in my experience.

If your are passionate about working for designer retail industries, I still would not recommend the company.
Cons
Bad work environment. Nasty coworkers, work overload, misleading responsibilities based on role description, questionable company. Highly questionable reputation. I had to seek therapy leaving the company/store out of my pocket for numerous violations of basic human ethics and privacy violations.
