      Pros

Clothing allotment, 10 days PTO for full-time, great benefits, GREAT internal promotion IF YOU WORK HARD!, I've been promoted multiple times and it WAS NOT because of looks! 50% OFF!, You learn A LOT about how to properly manage a team. You have to have a good understanding of work/life balance before entering, will work with a school schedule.

      Cons

Payroll can really take a toll on those not in management positions. The way they keep track of sales goals is ridiculous (you're expected to bring in the same amount on a Monday as you are a Saturday), corporate interaction to management is way too much, far too many unnecessary tools and spreadsheets. The styles are NOT what is in right now, The creative team needs to have room to re-evaluate trends and color/style choices more than a year in advance (as in yellow is never a good choice, don't do suede in summer just because it's "different"-but the burgundy was a lucky hit color-wise). The creative team needs to better evaluate what will sell, not what looks "high fashion". Small handbags sell better because they're less expensive, not necessarily because women want to carry them (one of the reasons I don't approve of Idol). There needs to be a better evaluation from a style standpoint.

      So Far So Good

      Pros

      - Generally nice people in my department - Seems like they have opportunities for growth from a junior role standpoint - Ability to WFH if necessary, which helps with work-life balance - More informal/casual dress code

      Cons

      - Standard hours could be from 9-5; if people need to come in early or stay late, that should be to their discretion - Relations between some people can seem a little political/catty - Compensation could be more competitive

      Pros

Many very talented people. Excellent benefits, generous PTO, good work/life balance (varies by dept), office on Bryant Park, great discount

      Cons

Poor compensation. Clueless exec level management. Kors has no strategy to weather a challenging retail environment. Company consistently fails to launch large initiatives (ecommerce, men's, flagships, distribution centers, corporate offices etc.). Kors will survive but will be a very different business 5 years from now. I don't think the existing leadership has the ability to turn the brand around.

      Pros

A lot of room for movement within the company. Went from stock to supervisor in a matter of 1.5 years. You get a great team all around to work with. Hours are flexible. They have a great understanding of work-life balance!

      Cons

Can't say anything negative about this company. It's a great place to work!
