    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Capstone Consulting full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The owners of the company have a good vision of where it should go and how to get there. They treat their employees better than any company I have ever seen. If you work from the office you can dress casual and even work from home one day a week. The level of integrity shown by management is very impressive.

    Cons

I have not found any yet.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing.

    Pros

Great work life balance. Small company feeling. Pay is competitive. Company full of integrity.

    Cons

Lack of performance reviews. No clear direction on where the company is headed. To many people trying to "drive" the direction of the company. Only one pay raise in over 5 years.

    Advice to Management

Put in place firm performance reviews.
