    Pros

The company finds a way to keep on going despite never having made a profit. The product is fantastic and needs to find its way into the market to be successful.

    Cons

The company has not made a profit and does too many different configurations instead of doing a few very well and is always chasing the sale instead of making a consistent product

Ethical and Professional Leadership is lacking

    Pros

Good salaries and benefits, good employees to work with from other departments, casual work environment, flex time, and cross-trained, employee parking, free coffee or tea.

    Cons

Favoritism with management. If they don't like you, you will suffer. People are promoted or hired through favoritism, not experience. Unethical practices of those in management or upper management who will discuss employee issues with others. If employees complain about issues with boss, don't expect resolution in your favor. Employees are treated poorly without consequence. Unethical relationships between employees occurs which affects work environment and morale. If your job and rapport with management is positive, it may change through new boss. Expect to work during most major holidays.

    Pros

Casual workplace. Flexible work hours. Everybody is very friendly and willing to work together. Get to be innvolved with both the power electronics and mechanical of the turbine engine.

    Cons

Very high turn over rate. Each new management always eager to implement new changes to the system. The Standard Procedures change every year or as long as the middle management who implemented change still there to enforced it. Work on holidays 80% of the time.

    Pros

They offer a good product line.

    Cons

Capstone is a poorly managed company that conducts business in a chaotic way that makes it an insane place to work. They spend all their time putting out fires that they created themselves due to poor quality and by not following a sensible system. They have policies but never follow them. A lot of good people have quit or been laid off. Very sad.

    Pros

Good perks, benefits and wage. Employees get time off during major holiday. The place is closed to major bus line and train station.

    Cons

Executive move in and move out of CFO position. What was going on? The company does not make any gross income and yet does not keep an eye on its costs.
