If you give this job your all, you can expect to get back everything you deserve and then some. Management are excellent at recognizing team members who go above and beyond, and no good deed goes unrewarded here. It’s a fantastic work environment and one that really motivates you to do your best!

I miss working in the office! Everything has gone remote since COVID and I hate it.

For working the marketing industry, I’m surprised at how good the work/life balance is here. They expect a lot from their employees, but they also respect your time outside of work. It’s a nice change of pace.

I love working at Cardinal Web. My managers have been nothing but wonderful human beings inside and out, which makes sense why they’re able to hire such talented and exceptional people. Everyone on my team is a real team player, and work gets done quickly and easily. I have almost no complaints.

If anything, the only con I can say has consistently been an issue since I started with the company is that not everyone who works here maintains a professional demeanor at work. I don’t mind more casual coworker interactions, but I still think that a certain level of decorum needs to be maintained.

The environment is blissfully laidback. You’ll find foosball tables and other games to help you destress during breaks. Supervisors are tough when they need to be, but generally pleasant to be around. Everyone likes to have fun. The work force is pretty young and energetic.

The CEO needs to spend more time onsite to connect with employees on a more personal level.

A good starting point if you’re interested in digital marketing. There’s always something new to add to the toolbox. Thus far this has been the best culture I’ve ever experienced working for any company (I don’t have that extensive of a work history so that’s not really saying a lot). Still, everyone looks out for one another.

Coordination amongst teams needs a big improvement. In my opinion that’s our greatest weak point.

A good company that focused on the professional development of their employees. I can’t tell you the number of fun collaborations I worked on with my workmates. The synergy at Cardinal was on another level. If I could go back I would in a heartbeat.

It’s really an understatement to just say that Cardinal was a great launching pad into the world of digital marketing. The ability to test innovative ideas and learn and grow from your mistakes allowed for the cultivation of an amazing talent pool of young professionals ready to get their careers off the ground. Working with clients and collaborating with my talented co-workers helped me to grow into the digital marketing professional I am today.

I wished management would have been more strict with the individuals who lacked true professionalism in the work place.
