Hello, I’m looking for someone to work nights as a Nuclear Technician for Cardinal Health in the Chicago area. This is a manufacturing position that starts out at $21/ hr. This grows exponentially as you learn and bring value to the team. No experience is necessary. I do weigh heavily on loyalty and integrity, it’s the only values that can’t be taught. I can also guarantee, you get out exactly what you put in. If you are interested let me know and I can send you the link and req number.

Typical a very hands off approach to work requirements, unless you get a horrible boss who has an even worse director
Micromanage, poor management structure all around

Easy to perform requested work. Good work/life balance. Nice benefits. Very little micromanagement.
Constant restructuring of professional organization leading to confusion about career paths or restrictions to career paths. Not much room to move up in certain tracks. Difficult to feel valued.

Good benefits- unlimited PTO, flexibility, 10 weeks paid parental leave

The company has a lot of diverse areas you can grow into and the ERGs are very inclusive there’s something for everyone.
Not much just that as with many corporate companies if you do not intentionally network you may miss out on opportunities.
