I have been working at Cardinal Health full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great coworkers and supervisors, great place to work if that's all you want to do is work and have no personal life

    Cons

Forced to work up to 17 hours a day and lucky to get a 15 minute during this mandatory overtime. Upper management says a break is not deserved. No incentive for top performers, same pay no matter how fast and hard you work.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate your employees, they are the ones keeping the company going.

    Advice to Management

Try to carve out the vision for your team to give them direction and a clear purpose
