I worked at Cardinal Health full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

big company, nice facility (West) building, decent benefits (I would expect more from a company that makes so much money off the insurance companies backs.)

    Cons

very little advancement possibilities, unqualified directors, horrible Top down Management, low wages, horrible HR

    Advice to Management

Stop hiring unqualified hacks to manage people. Stop supporting lies from senior management. Stop being so cheap to corporate employees and showing field people with travel, food and entertainment budgets. Actually LIVE the values, you just read them once at on-boarding meeting
