Cardinal has an amazing culture. Career development is highly encouraged meaning it is not uncommon for people to move around roles every 2-3 years to gain different experiences. This is great for someone who wants to gain exposure to various business areas.
Cons
Recent decisions at Cardinal are focused on cost savings and political moves, which is to be expected at any large organization. Be prepared for restructuring/mass layoffs every several years or company changes for political reasons.

The culture of the company is what makes people stay at Cardinal Health. The dress code is relaxed for a Fortune 16 corporate environment and the people are amazing. Everyone I've met has been really nice and willing to help in any way possible. Everyone here wants you to succeed in whatever you choose to do. There is no pressure to stay in the job you come into. You are free to explore other areas of the company as you please. During my internship here, I did work that was relevant to the company and all the work I did is being used. There weren't any duties that made me feel like it was 'busy work.' The whole internship was worthwhile.
Cons
One downside of Cardinal Health is that there is a huge amount of employee turnover. People move from job to job really fast (usually around 2-5 years before they switch to a different role).
