    Pros

great work place. People are hard working and very diligent on what they are doing. Works very well as a team and very family oriented group.

I worked at Cardiovascular Systems Inc (CSI) full-time

    Pros

Truly believe people are the company's greatest asset, and senior management generally acts accordingly- very rare attitude in most companies today.

    Cons

Small company with few products leads to lots of ups and downs if things don't go as planned. No company match on the 401k when I was there. Lack of strongly established organizational structure can be either positive or negative, depending on preference.

    Advice to Management

Keep investing in people and focusing on product quality- they are strengths that serve both employees and patients well. Take your foot off the gas from expanding so rapidly and focus on measured growth to give people time to breathe and see if it's working.

    Pros

CSI is an amazing place to work! The people are great and the benefits are amazing. There is a very open culture, many opportunities for cross collaboration. They also focus on developing their employees - huge plus. They hold so many great company events throughout the year which just adds to the fun environment that CSI holds. Management is great for the most part. I'd highly recommend!

    Cons

Only con - no company match

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!

I worked at Cardiovascular Systems Inc (CSI) full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great people in my department, fun lively place to work, outstanding catering and employee gym and break room. Competitive wages, fast growing. Never worried about not getting necessary tools to do job.

    Cons

Extremely fast growing, management lurches from one idea and direction to suddenly and drastically change course on a whim. Management and sales seem to run the show above all other departments. Siloed environment, hard to know what other teams are up to at times.

    Advice to Management

Do more to reign in sales and management. Come up with strategic long term plans instead of suddenly changing course after 1 bad quarter.
