I worked at Cardno ATC full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The checks clear, some jobs allow flexibility of hours of when you start and finish work. Each job is different, some are better, some worse.

    Cons

After a short time you will realize there is Inadequate pay and minimal chance for improving your income or climbing the corporate ladder. To put it simply there are certain people who are friends of the CEO and will never be fired. There are made men and fall guys, and if you are applying for a job you're a fall guy. They have been bought and sold, but nothing changes but the name.

    I worked at Cardno ATC

    Pros

Highly safety conscious; great benefits package; flexible schedule; coworkers at branch level are cooperative and friendly; intranet makes a lot of resources available to everyone.

    Cons

The prevailing [way] of doing [things] is constantly changing; people are overly managed, but recommendations for improvement are not given proper weight in upper management; quality control needs an overhaul so clients receive the same product across the board; intranet needs to be more user friendly; national account managers are petty; really hard to get a raise.

I have been working at Cardno ATC

    Pros

Employment is good. But the future of the company is in doubt given the ever falling stock price.

    Cons

ATC is treated poorly. Company run by accountants that so not fully understand entirety of services provided.

  10. "Project management is very busy and it take strict organization. With the right team, it can be fun."

I have been working at Cardno ATC full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Flexible schedule and friendly environment. The work day is what you make of it, but there is no chance of getting a raise, so negotiate hard up front.

    Cons

Consulting is wearing and environmental work is lined with hoops to jump through, if the client is right, you will have a good go of it.
