Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookI worked at Cardone Industries full-time for more than 10 years
Pros
Was a great company in every way except leadership. Most leaders were not qualified educationally and technically in leading the relevant department. How can you lead a department when you don't know abcd about that field or work? Those leaders made working engineers life miserable by monitoring everything they do because they couldn't do what they did and monitor times etc. So now it's failing, what did you expect? Leadership was never honest, pacified employees like they didn't knew reality.
Cons
Incompetent and unqualified leadership. Treat employees badly.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Cardone Industries full-time for more than 10 years
Pros
Fantastic benefits while I was there. They were just purchased by an investment firm though, so I'm not sure if that will last. The long term employees were great. It was the people that made this a great company.
Cons
This used to be an amazing company with high sales, a great reputation, and an even stronger corporate culture. Over the years, this has waned. Cardone ran into some trouble in recent years, including mass layoffs for the last several years in a row, leaving a skeleton crew behind. The company was on the mend, and those of us remaining were excited to see things turn around... and then the Covid-19 virus hit. The company just had another mass layoff, (including me) and I'm fearful they will never recover. It breaks my heart, because this was a company started by a man in his garage, that became a multi-million dollar powerhouse. When I started 20 years ago, I felt like a member of the family. Now everyone is a number waiting for a phone call telling them their time is up. Heartbreaking to be gone, and even more heartbreaking for those left there to try to keep the company afloat.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Cardone Industries full-time for more than 10 years
Pros
10 years ago it was a great company. People cared, CEO cared, true family atmosphere. Today, just another mediocre company to work for.
Cons
Present CEO and Sr Leadership have lost the original vision of the company and unfortunately it's at the expense of employees. People in factory, warehouses and offices are worked to death. Customers are leaving.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at Cardone Industries for less than a year
Pros
Nice company with great people willing to help me adjust to the company. There are some very innovative people at this company.
Cons
Like to hold on to employees for too long, and some employees are virtually untouchable and cannot be fired after a certain time. This leads to having to deal with essentially incompetent co-workers
