I have been working at Cardone Industries full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Hands down the most diverse company I've worked for, at least under director level.

    Cons

Toxic corporate culture. There is a lot of talk of servant leadership but there is a constant blame game, resulting in no one wanting to take responsibility for anything.

    I worked at Cardone Industries

    Pros

The company has potential to be a better place to work. Many people there have been there a very long time. For those I now think it's complacency.

    Cons

Company is not keeping it's infrastructure current. They are deeply set in there ways. Management preaches servant leadership, they are hugely hypocritical Republican conservatives - Far right wing

I worked at Cardone Industries full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

I believe the Cardone Family really cares about their employees. Provides seminars and learning tools to help you improve your skills. They have a lot of good people working there.

    Cons

They teach and encourage servant leadership but many leaders do not treat people well. They brought in people with big titles and long resumes who treat long time and hard working employees poorly.
