    Pros

Good community of poker players that's somewhat connected. Also credible.

Too many coaches/pros.. Nothing consistent from same pros

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Flex schedule, laid back atmosphere, work form home. Opportunities to travel all the country and world, see exotic places, stay in nice hotels, the job itself is not difficult. Kinf of a seat of the pants endeavor, which is unique and fun. Learn as you go, gaining firsthand experience in a variett of fields.

    Cons

Inept leadership/executives, no growth, in a volatile market. The industry as a whole is in flux. Key management is looking out for themselves, not the health of the compnay or employees. They are looking for bubble gumsolutions to big leaks in their business plan. We have reached a plateau in our business, we may be out of it in the next 5 years imo.

    Advice to Management

Have a back up plan, diversify.
