Because we all worked so well together it was hard to say no when someone needed assistance. More a personal con, worked a lot of hours... but still loved it.

I truly believe that I am working for the most innovative and effective company in this industry. Our objectives are clear, our direction is guided, and our mission is honorable. Management does a great job of valuing each employee and listening to what we have to offer. There are many options to grow and develop professionally, including the ability to manage projects, take industry-recommended courses, develop soft skills, and be leaders. Additionally, there is a clear path for growth. In spite of the limited spaces in this small company, managers have clearly outlined the requirements and opportunities available for career growth. Finally, the organization's primary mission is to learn and apply best practices to improve our customers in the best way possible, and the methodology is sound, professionally developed, and continuously improving. I can, without a doubt, say that this is the best organization I've had the opportunity to work for, and I've had the chance to work at other industry-leading and Fortune 100 companies. My advice to those seeking employment: consider that poor reviews may reflect an organization of the distant past under different management, because they certainly do not reflect my experience since joining this company.

- Sometimes, teams can be siloed; communication between engineering and non-engineering teams isn't prevented, but it doesn't flow as well as it could - Small company with flat structure; Relatively limited advancement opportunities - The small size of the team can require people to wear multiple hats, though the lines are drawn pretty well about who's expected to do what

Pros

Care Logistics is a small, dynamic company filled with intelligent and high performing individuals. It combines technology and services to deliver value to their clients both from a financial and clinical quality perspective. The employees are extremely supportive of one another and foster a culture of innovation, autonomy and growth. It is a great combination of veterans who have been with the company for 7+ years and expertise in the field, and newer associates who challenge the status quo.

Cons

The benefits are marginal, some are at or above industry standards and some are below. However, the parent company (Jackson Healthcare) has historically reacted to employee requests for better benefits and is consistently rated a Best Place To Work in Atlanta.

Pros

Helping to improve the delivery of healthcare is an extremely rewarding discipline. The company is very selective in hiring and is filled with top notch hires across the board. The environment is positive, friendly, and everyone is really focused on doing the best job they can. Management is trustworthy, effective, and very open.

Cons

With any emerging technology or process sometimes it can be hard to get traction in the marketplace. But when the solution is solid, it really is only a matter of time.

It is such an awesome place to work. We are all family, we take care of each other, look out for each other, and we really care about our customers. We are all aligned towards a common goal of getting dramatic results for our customers, and when you get everyone aligned amazing things can happen. I couldn't imagine working any place else.

Cons

Because of slow growth and sometimes slow sales, there are not many opportunities for advancement, but that is part of the nature of being a small company.
