    Pros

I have use their site to get jobs. However, the employers who are looking for help for example nannies are treated better than the service looking for work. You can be an honorable person who does their best to service your employer but the employer can behave badly and it is okay, but if the employee does wrong there reputation is defamed.

    Cons

They don't care about the people who are using their site to look for honorable employee to work for.

    Advice to Management

To management, as a service helper, it would be great for nannies or the help to rate the employers as well if the employers are doing non-honorable conduct to their help based on their ego and power.
