    Pros

    CareCloud offers excellent opportunities to grow, developing your industry knowledge and growing in the company as well as furthering your career goals. Great communication between employees and upper management. Self-driven work ethic. CareCloud makes sure that the employees have the tools necessary to succeed.

    Cons

    Open office floor plan, occasionally you can hear person next to you.

    Pros

    The staff below directors want to do the right thing but are not allowed to. CEO talks the game but does not carry through.

    Cons

    Executive unorganized with no real strategy. CEO puts faith and trust in the wring members of the team . This will cause this company to fail itself and clients

    Advice to Management

    Take a serious look at who is at the table and make those hard decisions. Get a real approach to resourcing and develop a real strategy. Exec team step up or out.

    Pros

    CareCloud is a fun environment to work in. If you put in your time and work hard, you will have the chance to prove yourself. They give you an opportunity to shine.

    Cons

    Long hours and expectations are high. This isn't a 9-5 job, for the most part. As long as you're willing to work, it shouldn't be a con.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to show employees that the work they're doing is important. Make sure to reiterate the company's vision, where we're going, and why.

    Pros

    Some smart and talented people are still left.

    Cons

    Disrespect and favoritism are hard to watch. Some managers are unwilling to help each other let alone their teams. There is NO teamwork at this company.

    Advice to Management

    Start listening and open your eyes.
    Things are happening to the company that make it "one of the worst places to work"

    None at the time, this use to be great company until new operations leadership came in

    Poor management, no raise in 2 years

    Pros

    They will allow you to work remote.

    Cons

    Shady, shady business practices!! When you are told you are doing a great job and have been with the company 8 plus years, they have no problem getting rid of you with no reason at all. Functionality is a joke and product builds out the product according to sales. Promises are not kept to the clients and Implementation is a joke. You will be moved around and do everything possible to help then never promoted and end the end just fired for no apparent reason. MIPS/MACRA, that was the biggest afterthought and never have been built out.

    Advice to Management

    1). Care about your employees!! Without your employees there is no company.

    2). Promote within and give internal staff a chance to rise.

    3). Stop getting rid of employees that know the product!

    4). Clean house and get rid of the unqualified, uneducated management.

    5). Instead of quick judgement in regards to certain employees, research yourself instead of taking what your management said as the final word.
