If you’re not part of the main clique, you’ll never be accepted. Employees with insider friends are never held accountable and blame will go to the outsider. The new guy will always get the work no one else wants. And forget about asking for help when they place bricks in your shoes and throw you overboard. Hard to swim when you’re being pushed under.

They will force you to do other peoples work and protect those that do not want to work. They will gaslight you constantly whenever you catch them in hypocrisies. They protect the managers who constantly get bonuses and raises off of your hard work while you will never be considered for a raise.

Decent pay for onshore employees, benefits including health, life, dental, HSA, somewhat lax environment

Cons

Working with offshore transatlantic teams could hinder communication efforts between both parties because of language and time differences, offshore employees aren't cared about as much as onshore and therefore rotate in and out on a nearly monthly basis which ends up putting strains on the ongoing projects and deadlines because we have to set aside time over and over to onboard and train new hires every 2 to 3 months on the same thing. No increases based on inflation, only with promotions.

I'm happy to work for Care Cloud MTBC, where I've learned a lot and launched my career. I enjoy the multi-cultural environment here as well as working with various teams where everyone is cooperative and willing to assist juniors in learning from seniors.

If they give employee to flexible environment, like not so much strictness the can retain employee for long time.

-Low salary -No annual raises -Bonus structure is directly tied to stock price, not performance -VERY poor work/life balance. Expected to work 12+ hour days -Incompetent leadership from HR all the way to C-suite -No maternity leave -Limited PTO -Software is faulty; poor product reviews

4 managers in 2 years No support Quota always changing Implementation is In bas shape. Many deals don't go live

The executive team has been every empowering. Training has become a top focus.

Work is remote, which has it's benefits.
