    Pros

Easy going, very flexible and casual environment.

    Cons

Favoritism and tendency to reward the most visible (back-scratchers and opportunists) and ignore consistency and perseverance.

Too many chiefs and no Indians.

I have been working at CareCloud full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Brilliant CTO and hardworking development team. Free Cuban coffee is delicious. Experts at smoke and mirrors. Tight knit collections teams.

    Cons

Product is elementary and extremely slow and poor customer retention reflects this, which is a serious concern. Completely unprofessional leadership.

    I worked at CareCloud full-time

    Pros

    - Ability to work remotely

    Cons

    - Management doesn't know what they're doing
    - No work/life balance, most employees overworked
    - Nonexistent bonus structure in most departments
    - No reimbursement for internet, office supplies, etc. for remote employees
    - Extremely high turnover (people leave after being mistreated and unvalued), remaining employees overworked as a result because the company is too cheap to hire new employees
    - Impossible to get a raise (many hardworking employees haven't been given a raise in over 4 years)
    - Different departments like to play the blame game; no one likes to take responsibility or even work together to fix problems for clients
    - Hardly any employee events, just 4 short, quarterly happy hours. Previous CEO used to host employee appreciation events all the time, new management only sees employees as workhorses

The worst part is the huge discrepancies in salaries (~$40k) for the same positions. New people coming in are paid way, way more and given way fewer responsibilities than people who have been breaking their backs for years for the company without a single raise or bonus since they started.

    Advice to Management

Don't try to get away with paying employees massively different amounts for the same job based on nothing but the time period that they came into the company- and I'm not just talking about $5k or $10k more. Your older employees that haven't gotten a raise in years WILL find out. (Hint: The National Labor Relations Act states it's illegal to discourage your employees from discussing pay.) People talk amongst themselves, especially when they feel they are being wronged (and overworked!).

I have been working at CareCloud (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Some staff has a clue and wants to do the right thing

    Cons

Leadership is in denial. Continually make sales to customers the priduct can't support. Unrealistic expectations set for clients with no delivery. Products missing basic functionality that is not getting fixed. People are promoted to levels they are not prepared for not they deserve. Favoritism is terrible people go from BA to Director in two years just because they are friends with CEO.

    Advice to Management

    Wake up

    Pros

CareCloud is a fun environment to work in. If you put in your time and work hard, you will have the chance to prove yourself. They give you an opportunity to shine.

    Cons

Long hours and expectations are high. This isn't a 9-5 job, for the most part. As long as you're willing to work, it shouldn't be a con.

    Advice to Management

Continue to show employees that the work they're doing is important. Make sure to reiterate the company's vision, where we're going, and why.

    Cons

Disrespect and favoritism are hard to watch. Some managers are unwilling to help each other let alone their teams. There is NO teamwork at this company.

    Advice to Management

Start listening and open your eyes.
Things are happening to the company that make it "one of the worst places to work"

I worked at CareCloud full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

They will allow you to work remote.

    Cons

Shady, shady business practices!! When you are told you are doing a great job and have been with the company 8 plus years, they have no problem getting rid of you with no reason at all. Functionality is a joke and product builds out the product according to sales. Promises are not kept to the clients and Implementation is a joke. You will be moved around and do everything possible to help then never promoted and end the end just fired for no apparent reason. MIPS/MACRA, that was the biggest afterthought and never have been built out.

    Advice to Management

1). Care about your employees!! Without your employees there is no company.

2). Promote within and give internal staff a chance to rise.

3). Stop getting rid of employees that know the product!

4). Clean house and get rid of the unqualified, uneducated management.

5). Instead of quick judgement in regards to certain employees, research yourself instead of taking what your management said as the final word.
