Pros

CareCloud has a startup, 'work hard, play hard' mentality, and there is a deep family-oriented culture. I'm constantly being challenged, and I like having the opportunity to be able to affect change since official process is sometimes lacking due to the company's young age. There are many fun events throughout the year, and I this helps raise morale and happiness in the workplace. CareCloud provides matching 401K benefits and unlimited PTO, which are both great. I believe in this company, and I think we are on the road towards great success.

Cons

I don't see it as a con, but the company is restructuring, and that means things are changing all the time. If you're looking for a boring, super-established company with all its processes locked down, this is not the company for you.

The unnecessary tactics of micromanagement is truly overwhelming. The need to control the details of everyone's work is just uncalled for. Appreciation for not having a decline in your work is met by additional meetings and the want for daily feedback on what you've done all day. Being bought out by this company we lost a lot of employees. They make it very clear you are always replacable and to never feel secure in your job. You're walking on eggshells the second you step foot into that office instead of feeling included.

Pros

Working at CareCloud has been a great experience with much opportunity to grow and learn about cloud technologies. CareCloud provides a pleasant work environment along with a cheerful staff that is always willing to help. Management is always available with open doors for anyone who needs them. The benefits are excellent as CareCloud offers 401k, health ins, free coffee, free soft drinks and unlimited PTO. It has been a privileged to work at this company and I look forward to see it prosper.

- Often long work days - Can be a stressful environment at times - We are in the midst of a tremendous evolution, so many changes can be daunting at times.

The company offers great benefits in a great location. The work/life balance is exceptional along with the open PTO offered to salaried employees. I love the feeling of being independent and as long as I get my job done, I am golden, but still able to rise above and beyond.

Too many people are stuck in their old ways from a previous company and lack accountability.

CareCloud will ultimately lure you under the guise that you will be working with top notch folks but you won’t. I could complain about a lot of things but I think the other reviews speak for themselves. Lack of software innovation, no enhancements, bad customer support... you get it
