Incompetents people are managing the QA Department. such as manager, leads. 6. Weight lifting, leg-pulling, and Hypocrite are very common in MTBC.

Working environment is good first year is so good to work in MTBC. Learned a lot of new technologies and worked with most experienced leads and software engineers.
Cons
MTBC management is poor. Short and unrealistic deadlines to complete no social life. There is always pressure cooker situation to compete with deadlines for this we have to come on our off days as well for which no extra benefits is rewarded.

CareCloud is a great company to be a part of because its a fast growing company. Since its a fast growing company you have the chance to get a lot of experience working in different job roles and projects. You get exposed to new things everyday making it a fun and challenging experience. I like it because its not going to be the same boring job everyday you get exposed to different things that help you grow career wise and also as a person. Another great thing about CareCloud is that its a very family oriented company we work hard but we play hard. The company really is bountiful with its employees and they really make it a fun working environment. The company is growing at a fast rate which also allows you to move on to other positions when they become available. The pay is good for the positions offered as well. Another thing I personally like is that you get to rub shoulders with different types of people from different positions which helps you move up in the company and learn new things as well.

I honestly have not had any negative experiences working here since I have started but what I can say that maybe the company can work on is expanding its training for each department and growing its internal education depart to allow more growth and precis training as well as helping its employees get continued education based on the department they are in. Something else can be offering to help pay for school or classes to further your career within the company.
