Cons
Everyone at the company is very hardworking, the expectations are high and you will be expected to communicate where you need support

Pros
- Great coworkers - Supervisors are helpful and knowledgeable
Cons
- Lowest shift differential pay in Bay area which is fixed and not percentage. - Upper management doesn't seem to care to their people who are working on weekends and nobody wants to work on weekends because of low differential pay. - Average base pay only but they claiming that they are competitive at the market - low RSU - No wonder why there is a big turn over of CLSs.

Don’t stay beyond a year
Apr 12, 2023 - Research Associate in Brisbane, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- good benefits (medical, dental, 401k) - free lunch - some company trips and fun outings
Cons
- executives fill their pockets and promote themselves three times in one year but they are slow to give promotions to employees deserving of them - research associates aka those who DO the lab work don’t get offers to be included in publications - very fast and busy workflow, not much consideration for employees health or wellbeing while keeping up - low paying for amount of work given - discrimination with women vs men in RnD department in terms of expectations, treatment, and pay

Pros
ability to office from home
Cons
stock price tanking and no one is held accountable. CEO and upper management are over-paid, arrogant airheads that are petty bullies with a clique mentality. They promote people based on who sucks up the most and has the shittiest personalities

Stay Away, toxic culture, poor leadership
Feb 14, 2023 - Account Manager in Aspen, CORecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Strong science backing the testing. The fellow reps are great people and work really hard. Almost everyone feels like they have a best friend in work to commiserate with. The old CMO and CEO were great and set this company up with a lot of success.
Cons
Catty sales directors run this company through micromanaging hard working reps. They often behave unprofessionally and do not know how to lead. Executive leadership is the same. HR department is none existent. Bad behavior is somehow rewarded and P club rewards are a joke. If you want to feel like you’re back in high school this job is for you then, work under catty gossiping managers who do not know how to lead their sales team. Also very too heavy in leadership, executive leaders put themselves in the field too much which causes huge messes more than half the time.

Growing company with a lot of good challenges, great ppl on board
Feb 4, 2023 - Project ManagerRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Have been with this company for a few years bearing witness and involvement in different stages of projects, and still enjoy the mission of the company in serving patients first. In-house challenges can be strained as staff and project prioritization changes, but it's the people who work at CareDx that keep adjusting as with support that makes a world of difference.
Cons
This company may not be for everyone, but it's a culture that embraces team players over individuals, humble contributors over egos, and encourages collaborations in all levels. For bad-acting employees that create toxicity, the company could improve on dealing with those individuals more timely to protect the rest of staff.

Pros
-Upper 75th percentile pay for employees
Cons
Where do I even begin: -The company has some great products but refuses to modernize from a basic investment perspective -Toxic leadership. I have attended countless meetings where VPs and directors scream at each other and are unable to agree -No real understanding of the word Quality. The Quality team does their best but if management puts their head in the sand they cannot do much about it -Revolving door of CLIA staff. Ops staff works their heart out in all areas(SW/Manufacturing/CLIA), but see very little reward -Questionable Covid policies with 50 + people in a single room. Kept encouraging staff to be onsite during peak Covid. For my role, I needed to be there, but I want as few Marketing folks etc to be there during the largest pandemic since the Spanish Flu.
