    Pros

    Products are great: they impove the health and wellness of the end user.

    Cons

    Management engages in verisimilatude and vituperation. Not a bit of honesty in all my interactions with them. I was an employee for 5 years and I should of bailed out after 2 years but I stuck it out to finish the project.

    Advice to Management

    Replace the liars which means terminate most of middle management.

    Pros

    Some very good team members and nice people, decent location.

    Cons

    A lot of office politics, groups do not work together and year after year the same people keep making bad decisions, or don't contribute at all, and no one calls them on it, seems they are in a protective bubble and they can do what they please no matter what it does to the business. Management at this site overall is not good, with the exception of a couple of good managers. There are no human resource personnel at the site and this is a problem.

    Advice to Management

    Find out what people are actually doing, change out the managers who are not effective, don't keep people in positions when they are not a good fit, just because they have been in those positions for a long time. Get an HR representative on the site!

    Pros

    Great job if you like traveling to different hospitals all across the states. I thought it was a nice adventure.

    Cons

    I was let go and I believe I heard when I was there they had 50+ employees to share the workload When I was there it was 25 and everybody had plenty of work. Now I feel that has changed. They also changed names. They're now BD. Which makes them international., so it makes me feel that they'll be having a lot more choices? One other thing is the training team for Field Service Techs. treat you like you owe them for the job and try to make you feel like dirt. And then when they let me go they gave me a bad review. I was six mos. in New York and never did the client complain to me that they were unhappy with my work. I believe it was so I would have a hard time collecting unemployment.

    Advice to Management

    These are MEN coming to work for you and should be treated as so.

    The company mission statement, needs to be adjusted, to reflect the true objectives of the company.

    Pros

    The only Medical company in Yorba Linda. Nice area right next to Costco

    Cons

    Horrible rush hour traffic both in the AM & PM. No new products; only derivatives. Many new products are on hold. Very few are moving forward. They cheat employees on PTO & they offer NO sick leave. They pay 4 weeks PTO but 0 sick leave. Other med co's pay 3 weeks PTO plus 2 weeks sick leave. Only 8 paid vacations a year, unlike a standard 11 paid holidays at other medical co's. No chance for advancement. You are lucky to get 1% raise a year. Many got NONE. Bonus is only 3% maximum. No H.R onsite at all. If someone gets booted out, there won't be an exit interview. If people have conflicts, HR rep will come from San Diego once a month.

    Advice to Management

    Tear down this place & start from sratch
