1. Great benefit package 2. My direct supervisor really cares about my well-being and does all she can to support me and my work-life balance.

Too many upper management changes over the years and the subsequent changes they make don’t always make sense from a clinical or patient care perspective . It is, after all, a for-profit affiliate of Anthem, so it mainly cares about the bottom line ($$$).

the vision of this company is great, however, in the merger with Anthem, much of the "secret sauce" in implementing a the health plan benefits was lost
