    Pros

    Coffee shop, PTO, benefits, nice building

    Cons

    Management do not know how to lead or collaborate. Teams do not work together but against each other. Horrible silos of information and no willingness to share.

    Advice to Management

    Share, communicate, lead as a part of the team, educate yourself on good leadership skills since it's not taught or enforced.

    Good pay. Growth. Good benefits.

    Cons

    Some areas overloaded others not. In separate buildings. Cubicles with low walls. Inconsistent at times.

    Good cafeteria. That's about the only good thing I can say.

    No collaboration. Lack of centralized focus.

    Pros

    Better salary but work greater than 60 hrs a week

    Cons

    Work more than 60 hours a week on salary. No pay for being on call for a week. Punitive management.

    Advice to Management

    Quit acting like mean girls or power hungry and support your hard working teams.

    Pros

    Clean environment
    Large cafeteria
    Coffee shop

    Cons

    Business is driven by politics. Poor communication between departments and delays work progress. Regulatory requirements do not come first then comes chaos to get it done. Management has teachers pets who do not have to follow the same standards. Insubordination to lower management. Great ideas get lost or disregarded.

    Advice to Management

    Organise your department. Set standards for all and be more perceptive to the issues and communication between teams. If the teams are broken so is the department. Enforce engagement. Listen to the little people. They are your workforce and culture.

    Pros

    Mission-driven, great people who want to make a difference.

    Cons

    Not willing to hire enough staff. Needed more ramp time for new business opportunities. Far too many opportunities pursued at once for the current staff.

    Advice to Management

    Move to a 10-12% administrative expense model so you can maintain experienced employees.
