    Pros

Great people. Competitive pay. Opportunity to move (if you're willing to live in certain places)

    Cons

Terrible management, don't have students best interest at heart, only out to profit.

    Pros

There is not one good thing to say about this organization! This is the worst company to work for! Very unethical & shady

    Cons

Worst company to work for ever! Very unethical & only focus on money & not the well being of students or employees.

    Advice to Management

Revamp entire organization & hire ethical people & people that are not only focused on themselves

I worked at Career Education full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Like a typical bait and switch, individuals who have an interest in helping others will quickly realize the switch that the caliber of degrees and their cost will likely harm prospective students more than help them.

    Cons

One of the most heinous and nasty accounts of multiple blantant Human Resources violations that prove why those "these days no body would ever do that" HR videos and training are still needed.

    Advice to Management

    Hire a good attorney.

    Pros

Good benefits; worked with some nice people; decent pay.

    Cons

The company started to go downhill, after the owner sold it. They closed many of their schools. They hired awful management. I loved the company in the beginning, and hated it by the time I left. I would NEVER recommend working for them to ANYONE!

    Advice to Management

    None

I have been working at Career Education full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Working with students, seeing that ah-ha moment when it clicks. The pride of seeing your alumni do great things in the fashion industry.

    Cons

Zero job security. Loyalty and service mean nothing to this company. Its about money, nothing else. Closing campuses left and right so they don't have to deal with the government regulation changes.

    Advice to Management

communicate and don't treat your highly educated staff as if they don't know what is going on. Transparency creates loyalty.

    Pros

I loved my co-workers and students. They made every day a joy to go to work.

    Cons

Extremely flawed vision; focused too much on quantity and not enough on quality students. Severely undervalued their employees and seemed not to trust their managers' decisions. Campus managers did not manage; they were mouthpieces for the disconnected central corporate offices. Did not value ideas or input from below; every decision was top down.

    Advice to Management

None to give. They didn't listen then; they won't listen now.
