I worked at Career Systems full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I loved the kids/students and peers I worked with.

    Cons

Uneducated managers, lack of consistency, disrespect from managers and lack of support from director and human resources. Very high turn over rate because of this.

    Advice to Management

Choose better management and supervisors, maybe some that actually have management degrees. Listen to your employees and take action on serious situations instead of turning the other cheek and brushing it under the rug.
