    Pros

There are many openings for fresher's.

    Cons

HR from CareerNet don't get involved with employees working in clients place. Feedback on employees is blindly accepted as told by coordinator. They don't give relieving letter unless you agree for their terms(which is changed from case to case basis). Company works with no ethics.

I worked at CareerNet Consulting (More than 3 years)

    Pros

CareerNet is the best place for freshers since it gives a platform to learn a lot of things. You get to climb the stairs as and when you are ready for it and the most important role is the managers. I got a manager who was able to understand my abilities and he gave me all the opportunities to grow in the system. Every fresher should atleast start their career with CareerNet since it will strengthen your foundation.

    Cons

Salary is a bit at the lower end and you can see office politics in few of the teams.
    Saturdays are working.
