"Worst company to work with if you are placed onsite"

    Pros

There are many openings for fresher's.

    Cons

HR from CareerNet don't get involved with employees working in clients place. Feedback on employees is blindly accepted as told by coordinator. They don't give relieving letter unless you agree for their terms(which is changed from case to case basis). Company works with no ethics.

    Pros

Good working Environment.Good learning ,work culture, right time salary payment.

    Cons

Highly professional internal politics by some managers and HR head are not aware of it. Alternate Saturday working. Asking for a day leave is like asking for them life for a day. Gross salary is more and come to in hand is very less.

    Advice to Management

Please try to catch those manager who play politics.Rest all are superb over there

I worked at CareerNet Consulting full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The company offers good opportunities to explore. Hard work is appreciated. Occupied all through the day. Some well behaved managers. Considerate towards needy employees(salary advances without interest ). They do not fire employees because of any external influences (recession). Decent salary hike. Timely promotions

    Cons

Few relevant training sessions. Multiple process followed and are made at the convenience of managers. The top managers are there for long hence there is no rotation or chance of growth further. Old employees are not treated well. If they want an employee to leave , it is not communicated professionally but infact the managers take the responsibility to diminish the persons interest gradually and make their work life miserable pushing the employee to resign. Maximum stay and learn in organisation is 3 to 4 yrs. Ineffective HR department. Emotional decisions are frequent than practical. Lucky if you have good manager.

    Advice to Management

Fine tune HR department with experienced and effective personels.
Bring in more training modules to inculcate common work process.
Bring flexibility of work and more environment friendly for women employees.
    Bring structured salary slabs.
Have effective sessions during induction and exit .
