"Worst company to work with if you are placed onsite"

    Pros

There are many openings for fresher's.

    Cons

HR from CareerNet don't get involved with employees working in clients place. Feedback on employees is blindly accepted as told by coordinator. They don't give relieving letter unless you agree for their terms(which is changed from case to case basis). Company works with no ethics.

I have been working at CareerNet Consulting full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good space to learn how recruitment works,
There are senior people here who have more than 7-10 yrs experience, who would guide you about how the job market is.
And they also guide you in sourcing , screening , negotiation and how to take interviews for the candidates.
    Friendly people.

    Cons

Less salary, Lots of break-ups in salary structure.
Cab facility is provided, for which you have to pay seperately.
Not good for experienced candidates. As they wont listen to your ideas and thoughts of improving business.
Variables are not paid on time. Bonus is not given
After 1 year of completion, no meeting is conducted to discuss regarding hike
    Running under Operational Loss
There is no proper Strategic business plan

    Advice to Management

Provide a platform to express and accept the thoughts of freshers as well. What they are thinking may be great. Please give them a chance to express their view of planning and developing business

    Pros

    - Great career start for freshers - Gives you a lot of exposure and boost your learning curve
    - The culture encourages learning, and asking questions.
    - Innovation is encouraged and Good work is always noticed & rewarded
    - Lot of top notch & startup clients to work for which gives a larger exposure to learn new things.
    - Great mentors in the company to give a proper guidance.
    - Work and Fun go hand in hand at CareerNet, Especially for the fact that i was part of Apps2 team where you get the breakthrough in your career in all the aspects.

    Cons

    - There is no room for a people who don't want to grow or learn new things.
    - Work life balance is good overall, may be at times it flares up (but that's mainly because we as a team had roles that need to be filled on priority)
    - Just can think of these two, No serious cons though!

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work in staffing field!
