"Worst company to work with if you are placed onsite"

    Pros

There are many openings for fresher's.

    Cons

HR from CareerNet don't get involved with employees working in clients place. Feedback on employees is blindly accepted as told by coordinator. They don't give relieving letter unless you agree for their terms(which is changed from case to case basis). Company works with no ethics.

I worked at CareerNet Consulting full-time

    Pros

Spent more than 3 years in Apps2 team and totally worth it. My journey had been extremely good. The substantial growth & the learning I have got from the entire assignment are superlative for me. The leadership folks in this particular sub-team, are quite experienced, knowledgeable and very friendly to work with. I can guarantee that Apps2 was the pioneer to initiate all the fun activities, team recognition, small celebrations & clap on the floor to cheer the peers. Everyone gets a strong foundation of technology (related to recruitment) irrespective of the background. The clientele is super qualitative. Amazing team (probably it is the biggest team).

    Cons

Honestly, the work hours are designed so well, I do not have any Cons to write down.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the quality hiring.

    Pros

Good place to work for freshers plus you get exposure to work with some TOP MNC's.

    Cons

Too much of politics . Most of the managers are involved in this politics. They favor only the one's who are their favorite .If you are good to them they will give you nice hike and promotion but if you don't then you don't get it.And team lead's will sit on top of your head asking for targets assigned to you after every half and hour . Most importantly you have to go on alternate Sat even if you don't have work also. And timing are not at all flexible for employees. Most importantly there is not much growth in this company. The work of an associate consultant and a consultant is the same.

    Advice to Management

Please give importance to employees who are hard working rather than give importance to people who don't deserve. If this is the situation than you will have more attrition.

I worked at CareerNet Consulting full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Careernet is a good company overall.
Very nice people, good work culture in most teams.
Managers like Arijit are always ready to help and teach proper recruitment.
HR team, KPO Team & many other also works in cool environment.

    Cons

But finally I am out of the mess that I had got into.
I was a part of the Apps2 team where you are treated with total disrespect. Everyone knows about it but nobody does nothing.
You give your best but still would get only very rude behaviour in return.

    Advice to Management

More than 25 people have left from this team in the last one month and everyone else are also looking out. If you do not wake up still the company will be buried under training cost.

I have been working at CareerNet Consulting full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Best consulting firm to work with. No hire n fire culture. Great learning opportunities.

    Cons

Managers are very very partial. If they like you, u are on top. No fair promotions/recognition practices. If a manager loves his employee, he will favor her in all the circumstances whether she works or not....

    Advice to Management

Value your employees word. If an employee has grievance, hear out. Don't just impose your ideas or thoughts on him.
