    very flexible for holidays/leaving early;

    I have been working at Careers International full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    It is a great company to work for, very dynamic and the allows you to learn.
    Great professional and personal life balance.

    Cons

    If you are looking for a fast paced track career evolution in a company where you can be director in 5 years, this might not be your best choice.

    I worked at Careers International as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Gives you a good overview of the recruitment industry
    Some fun and nice colleagues
    Nice office location in a good area of Brussels

    Cons

    It's incredibly hard to figure out what they want from you
    Lack of communication and discussion
    No interest in using peoples skills
    People stay in the same job forever, no movement

    Advice to Management

    Don't remain a family business

    Lack of open mindness, creativity, flexibility, employees engagement.
