I worked at Caregivers Home Health Services (Less than a year)

    Pros

Caring for patients and their general well-being can be very rewarding.

    Cons

The downside to in home health care is the relationships that are formed become personal, like friendship and attachments are made overtime. Once the assignments end or become too difficult to manage the relationship between caregiver and the patient end.

    Advice to Management

Caregivers should change patients very often such as monthly or every three months get a different patient to care for and this would help to broaden skills.
