    Pros

nurses make good friends, and I had to enter more words but there's nothing else to say. Oh they let you pray so there's that.

    Cons

They lost their compassion. It's about the dollar. How to keep nurses from making bonus.

    Advice to Management

Follow your own mottos. Smile. Do what's right. Be ethical. Be honest. Put the care back in Carenet.

I have been working at Carenet Healthcare Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

We really liked our trainer but found training to be lacking in what the actual work will consist of , only one client out if over 100, is set to work with while in training. I feel this needs to be changed to get better experience so we are better able to go live easier.

Seems like a good job , so far. Bonuses once a month with good call quality , I feel the management is fair but not enough lead supervisors on the floor to handle all the new employees

    Cons

Not enough full on client training , took a full time job but am only guaranteed 30 hours a week, if the need is there hours will be increased

    Pros

Free fountain drinks and coffee. Most people are nice. Facility is nice.

    Cons

They start you out at $11 ph and never give raises ever. You can get a bonus if you meet certain criteria and only the top 2% ever bonus. Work in open Pods too loud. Even if promoted to trainer you still get paid the same just better bonus opportunity. No paid lunch break. No scheduled breaks people just randomly get up and walk around. Two paid 15min breaks and 1 hour unpaid lunch and taken at your leisure. This creates a longer scheduled day. Parking is Bad. Many people smoke even though it's not allowed "on campus" and when they return to the building the smell bad. You have to sit next to them and bare it. No assigned seating because people quit so often. Most people don't work here for a career. Talking to rude people all day.

    Advice to Management

Increase pay to minimum $14. allow for raises. Get rid of bonus. Give paid breaks two 15min and one 35min which would shorten the scheduled work day from 9 to 8 hrs. Use schedule adherence guidelines. I.e. Must be 90% or better of adherence. Falling below is an occurrence. Assigned seating. Terminate smokers. They raise health insurance premiums and create an unpleasant work environment because the smell. Too many leads walking around. Getting paid to do nothing and taking advantage of your system. Require management to have degrees.
