    Pros

    I have worked for CareSoft for 5 years. They contracted me to CNHi. This is one of the best jobs I have had in my career of 20+ years. The HR group and employees are very helpful and accommodating. They take care of their employees. This job lead into a full time position with CNHi. That is the only reason I left. They changed my position from a contracting position to a full-time employee position. These are good, caring people.

    Cons

    The salary could have been a little better, but they did make up for that in flexibility.

    Advice to Management

    Increase the wages a little bit to keep good talent when deserved.

    I worked at Caresoft Global full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    They got me on-boarded well.

    Cons

    It was supposed to be a periodic chance to touch base with my Caresoft rep, whom I had not seen most of time I had been working on the client site. Instead, I was informed my contract was over. No specific reasons were given. My request to have a conference call with the client, in order to better understand the situation, was denied. My Caresoft rep told me "If I advocate for you too much , they (the client) might pull all our business." I was shunted out the door.

    I later found out that a toxic co-worker at the client site, who clearly had an ax to grind, had been providing his offsite managers with misinformation on my work. I knew nothing about this at the time, only finding out some weeks after I left from former (non-toxic) colleagues who overheard my toxic former co-worker brag about how he had worked behind the scenes to get my contract cut.

    At the very least, I deserved to know more than I was told. The ball was dropped here.

    Advice to Management

    Caresoft Global had a great opportunity to engage the client to resolve an issue that had arisen and to step up on behalf of an employee, Instead, a toxic situation has been fueled at a client site and a good worker has been alienated. Fear and an unwillingness to ruffle feathers should not be reasons to avoid gaining a better understanding of a situation involving an employee.

    Pros

    Work Visa is the only pro

    Cons

    Management lies to the clients about hours we worked. (Very Dishonest)
    Management has their heads where the sun doesn't shine
    Disorganized is the understatement of the century
    Horrible cultural/work environment (Toxic)
    Time management on a project is beyond appalling
    Make you work 80 hours a week but you don't get paid overtime
    Upper management does not admit fault and blames people lower on the ladder to save themselves when they screw up

    Advice to Management

    Get all NEW management.
    Take the time to train your employees and make them feel comfortable
    Learn how to organize and plan a project instead of hoping it all just works out in the end

    Pros

    The company treats it's associates with respect and shows us that we are valued for our inputs. It's a great work environment where most people are very friendly and everyone is professional. The work can be challenging and no two days are alike. I'd recommend it to anyone!

    Cons

    It's still a smaller company. That means there can be a lot of taking on multiple roles, but that can be a good thing for the right person!

    Pros

    There is nothing positive of these company. Nothing to learn except how to abuse the intent for H1 Visa.

    Cons

    Not a very good company to work. They are a small sourcing company that do business in the United states. They bring professional engineers from India and place them to companies like Navistar, CNH and etc. These engineers are coming in on a business visa and the truth of the matter they are working for these companies for few months only and get rotated or Caresoft applies for visa extension. These company is taking American jobs away and encouraging US companies to hire professional labor through them at a lower ...I mean lower wages. For indian professional engineer with H1Visa and earn $1000 dollars per month is a big exchange to Rupe.

    These company needs to be cited and reported to the White House so the Trump administration can look into this type of things.

    There is nothing you learn from these company as they are only a single sourcing warehouse and nothing much to expect. Poor benefits and overall not a good place to work.

    Advice to Management

    Better stop taking American jobs and stop abusing H1B Visa that these country have given to Indian nationals. Rest assured that a letter to the Trump administration will be getting the messages.

    1.Great overseas clients to whom you have to provide engineering solutions.
    2.A decent enough workplace

    Cons

    1.Top management is not so appreciative of the efforts of Entry level employees
    2.High chances of Work-Life balance going for a toss due to workload and tight deadlines
