Great place to work. Several things worth noting are within the general atmosphere. Friendly staff. Family-oriented workplace. High quality products. I had a great time working for Carico for the last 5 years. As a collection manager, I was fortune to have a boss who was very supportive and guided me to the end, a true mentor. He inspired me to do my best every day and gave me the opportunity to grow laterally and upwards in my career development. Company has excellent products, phenomenal benefits, paid holidays, PTO, 401K. If you want to work for a company that makes you feel like an ongoing part of its success, this is the place for you. I am proud to have been part of this family/company.

All the Carico products are very well made and truly help people. I believe in the products as I own them, this was a necessity for me as I need to be sure of the quality of anything that I am going to recommend. Excellent training and knowledgeable staff. The CEO and upper management care about the success of the employees. Trips and Bonuses are available for all employees. Excellent marketing team that’s big on social media. Carico International is well established as its been in business for over 52 years, and currently operates in more than 32 countries worldwide.

Cons

None for the company...... other than the normal frustrations that all sales people experience from time to time, as customers can be quite demanding. A sales career may not be for everyone, but those that are persistent, positive and willing to learn about marketing and sales are greatly rewarded at Carico International. My previous career had nothing to do with sales.

Pros

Carico began in 1967. It is the purpose of the Company to produce and market products which sustain health which is so important to us all.

Cons

Difficult to get into people's homes to educate about the benefits of Air and Water Purification systems as well as a mattress which eliminates electro magnetic fields. Silver threads throughout, this mattress produces an environment which stops bacteria and dust mites-hence, a deep rest! People will live a healthier life breathing fresh, drinking fresh water and sleeping deeply.

Pros

I am able to make more than 6 figures, with the possibility of 7 figures, depending on the amount of effort that I put into it. This job provides security in an unsecure world. The diversity is excellent and everyone is treated the same. Very quick advancement to management if you put something into it. I love working with all the people.

Cons

You have to be self motivated, so if you're someone who wants to punch a time card, this isn't the job for you. There is no one looking over your shoulder.

Unethical business practices. They would add cost of shipping and tax to the items price and offer customers a "don't pay shipping or taxes discounts" (but they are paying it!. Constantly lying, especially to older people, convincing them to buy one item and get something else (normally a knife) for free but it never arrives. They would happily trick low-income people into using credit to "fix bad credit", but it was a trick to get them stuck paying interest for more than a decade. Manager would encourage female consultants to try to turn on male clients in hopes to sell better products. Sexual approaches were something that would happen daily in the office. Managers would get the best out of new young consultants having them provide product presentations to family knowing they will probably buy something to help out the kid. Indicate monthly payment of $1200.00 but this is a lie! It's only commission based. Besides the good air conditioner and the build quality of the desks in the office, NOTHING is positive here.

Weekly and biweekly pay depending on sales, control your own schedule, never work in a confined office again, all paid vacations, easy to learn, anyone can do it

You have to travel by your own means, find propective clients to make more than the set biweekly pay, if you want weekly pay you have to sell, phone inquiries, door to door sales depending on your style, if you dont make the minimum promotion slips you dont get biweekly pay

Carico provides exceptional training and support. Their hands on management skills enable inexperienced individuals to learn and develop many transferable business and social skills.

Cons

If you desire to build a long term career, and move up into management, you need to stay focused, determined and follow their successful time-testing training program.
