If You Value Yourself, Don't Work Here

They feed you sometimes, and there's healthcare.
Cons
It's a hostile environment where sub par care of the residents and staff is normal, and any one who tries to make it better is villainized and ostrazied and removed from staff because they are only concerned about their bottom line, not the residents or staff.

Pros
Night Shift. If you're looking for a job with a swing or night shift, this job has that.
Cons
Chronically, severely under staffed Lack of communication from management Both administrators arrive after 8am and leave by 2pm most days. The manager is awful (assistant manager is awesome though). They skirt the line of legality Just, working here was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life and it wasn't because of the job itself.

Competitive pay Lovely residents Lots of room to grow

Lots of secrets and gossip between coworkers Some young CNAs with abusive attitudes Hired people that would bring their home life to work in the worst ways imaginable Not urine testing the new hires (trust me, they need to) Pushing us past our physical limits by making us work consistant doubles.
