I have been working at Carl's Jr full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Higher end quality fast food, less compacted work environment which allows more room for employee management most of the time

    Cons

Fast paced as with any fast food restaurant and customers can get angsty

    Advice to Management

I didn't experience too many problems on my end while working here with my co-workers, we do run short of items at the most random times but what can you do.

I have been working at Carl's Jr part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    -Increased salary during graveyard
    -More hours than morning/swing shift
    -50% employee discount

    Cons

-The work as a cook during graveyard is difficult to say the least (Food prep, shipment stocking, cooking both the burgers and sides alone, maintenance, timers, prepping breakfast, cleaning, garbage, etc). It's manageable, but becomes more difficult depending on how busy it gets.

    Advice to Management

Try to have a decent amount of people working graveyard, I'm not sure how it is in other Carl's Jr stores but we only have one person working per night in the back.

Train employees better, don't unexplainably drop hours to unreasonable levels.

I have been working at Carl's Jr full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Best pro is weaker fast food chain; less busy for similar wage to others. Advancements are false promises.

    Cons

Management hierarchy is very sub standard. Problems don't get fixed even when urgent in timely manner. Avoid for better help.

I have been working at Carl's Jr full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I like working for Carl's Jr because the offer great food that is charbroiled and uses Augus Beef and love our Hardee's biscuits we sell for breakfast.

    Cons

The only down side is no enough employees some times to handle our busy lunch hours.

    Advice to Management

We need more people to handle our daily rush hours.

I have been working at Carl's Jr full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I have never been taken care of so well by a company. Everyone is treated as a family. If you take care of your people they will take care of you!

    Cons

We hold each other to a very high standard so work is always a challenge. But that helps make it fun! We have a broad menu but they try to make operations as simple as possible.
