I worked at Carl's Jr part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This job was easy once we gained skills such as thinking on your feet, active listening and a lot of cooperation to get the job done.

    Cons

My manager would hire people who put no effort which affected those who worked very hard which affected us crucially.

    Advice to Management

Carl's Jr. should hire people who fit well as a manager. my previous manager was unprofessional, rude, unorganized and unreliable.
