I have been working at Carl's Jr part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    -Increased salary during graveyard
    -More hours than morning/swing shift
    -50% employee discount

    Cons

-The work as a cook during graveyard is difficult to say the least (Food prep, shipment stocking, cooking both the burgers and sides alone, maintenance, timers, prepping breakfast, cleaning, garbage, etc). It's manageable, but becomes more difficult depending on how busy it gets.

    Advice to Management

Try to have a decent amount of people working graveyard, I'm not sure how it is in other Carl's Jr stores but we only have one person working per night in the back.

I have been working at Carl's Jr part-time

    Pros

It is a very easy job, and it the tasks can be easily accomplished. It also has many locations.

    Cons

A con of working her is the fact that it can get very backed up and busy at times.

    Advice to Management

I would give advice to keep things a little more organized to make sure the customers and workers run more smooth.

    I worked at Carl's Jr part-time

    Pros

20% discount on food all the time. 50% discount on food while you're working.

    Cons

    Inconsistent schedule
10-15 hours a week as a part time
    Heartless Management;
If you miss a day, no matter the reason you'll be fired. I lost my house and had to find a place for my sister to stay while I was at work. I told my manager that the night before my 3pm shift and asked for the day off to do so and she told me that if I didn't come in, I would be out of a job.
    No hands on training.
I can go on and on.

    Advice to Management

Quit being so darn heartless and train your new employees.
