I have been working at Carl's Jr (More than 3 years)

    Pros

As well as being a full-time shift leader, I was also a full time college student and the general manager always worked around my schedule.

    Cons

For being a shift leader, you have a lot more responsibilities as opposed to the crew members yet you only get paid a few cents more..

    Advice to Management

Having such a small crew does not benefit the store production.
