I worked at Carl's Jr part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Half price on days you work. Some friendly staff, customers aren't always visible and honestly the job wasn't that bad if it wasn't for the extreme rush hours. The general manager or similar ranking person really helped me.

    Cons

Horrible stress and not enough help at times to complete task like washing, stocking, food making or prep. Two managers didn't help with my tourretes syndrome related issues and held me accountable for it at times.

    Advice to Management

Make sure people with disabilities are helped accordingly.
